FIRST, A BIG THANK YOU!

2020 was a year of challenges (to put it mildly). From health to finances, to wildfires and civil unrest; for most of us, life over the last nine months has been anything but stable. And yet… The Lord has been incredibly faithful.

Despite the financial uncertainties we’ve all faced this year, as a church family we’ve continued to support one another, serving those in need, while continuing to give faithfully towards the renovation of our new church building as well.

And for that, thank you! To everyone who’s given their time, money, skills and prayers, thank you for giving! Because renovating a church building is about much more than just a building. It's about building for the future of our church family, for our beloved city, and for the many sons and daughters who have yet to come home!

OUR PROGRESS IN 2020

BUILDING PURCHASED: $525K
DOWNPAYMENT PAID: $120K
RENOVATIONS COMPLETED: $100K
• Restored sanctuary (i.e., windows, flooring, paint, pews, stage, foyer, etc.)
• New sound system and tech
• Restored balcony & meeting rooms
• Downstairs flooring, framing, electrical, painting, etc.
• Bathrooms remodeled
• Kitchen remodeled
• Heating and a/c installed
• Roof and rain gutters repaired
• Bell tower re-roofed
• Electric service upgraded
• Sidewalks sealed

OUR 2021 RENOVATION GOALS

SPRING GOALS: $30K BY END OF APRIL
[ ] Complete downstairs - KidCity & multipurpose meeting spaces and community pantry
[ ] Complete upstairs - electrical, stage, lighting, balcony railing, trim, etc.

SUMMER GOAL: $50K BY END OF JULY
[ ] Exterior repair and paint

FALL GOALS: $70K BY END OF NOV.
[ ] Sanctuary level ADA bathroom
[ ] ADA accessibility ramp/lift
